What is your return policy?
We accept unworn and unused returns in new condition with tags and sanitary liners attached within 14 days of purchase. All sale items are final sales and will not be eligible for return or exchange. All returns will be inspected and items that have been worn, altered, soiled, or damaged are not eligible for return. Once your return has been received and accepted, you will be refunded on your original form of payment.
How do I start my return?
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When your return is authorized, you will receive instructions to your email. Please allow up to two weeks for us to process your return.
What is your exchange policy?
We accept changes based on a customer’s shipping costs. Direct exchange requests will be processed through our portal here. The exchange will depend on stock availability at the time we receive your return. If the item is out of stock you will be automatically notified.
