1. Cook Your Favorite Meal

A delicious meal can give you the same sense of comfort and warmth as a hug and everyone knows that the way to someone’s heart is through their stomach! This V-Day, whip up your favorite comfort meal or order some take-out- whatever makes your heart happy, we don’t judge.

2. Movie Night

The worst thing about having a significant other is trying to settle on what to watch on TV… But if you are your own Valentine, then you can watch whatever you want! Valentine’s Day is typically associated with rom-coms, but settle in with whatever genre floats your boat!

3. Pamper Yourself

Self-love and self-care have come to mean virtually the same thing in recent years. Take today and treat yourself to a mani-pedi, a facial, or even just a long shower. Taking care of and pampering yourself is a great way to show your love and appreciation for your own body!

4. Shopping Spree

I am a firm believer that a little shopping can go a long way. February is notoriously a great time to buy jewelry, perfumes, and candles due to highly advertised Valentine’s Day sales, but there are also great deals on electronics and clothing thanks to President’s Day deals. There might even be some ByLil sales this month, so keep an eye out!
