2022 Festival Looks We LOVE
Forget the Met Gala, everyone knows that Coachella is the fashion event of the year. This two-weekend desert event kicks off festival season for everyone around the country. At this point, Coachella might even be more known for its fashion than its music or art…sorry not sorry Harry Styles.
This year’s Coachella looks were no exception– we have come a long way from flower crowns! This year we saw matching sets, bold patterns, and lots of swimwear (our favorite)! We have rounded up some of our favorite looks that incorporated swimwear into their festival ‘fits
Vanessa Hudgens:
For weekend one, the reigning Coachella queen opted for a neon pink sweat set. The highlight of this look, however, was her bedazzled bikini top! If Vanessa Hudgens is wearing something to Coachella, you better save that for next year’s outfit planning inspo.
Niki DeMar:
This year, the singer was spotted wearing the ultimate sparkly bikini top (picture Paris Hilton’s iconic tank top as a bikini). Her disco ball-esque look was the ultimate combination of rave girl and y2k style, both of which are seeing huge style renaissances at the moment.
Camila Mendes:
The Riverdale actress wore a monochromatic black look with a simple triangle bikini on the top. This casual Coachella look acted as a breath of fresh air during weekend one. Neutrals never really go out of style, do they?
Chloe Bailey:
Maybe we spoke too soon… Singer Bailey was wearing a fuchsia bikini set under a crocheted cover-up. Crochet is definitely having its moment right now and we knew it would take over the festival scene. But we are especially loving the bright and bold bikini choice underneath!
Vanessa Hudgens (again):
Listen, people, she is the Coachella queen for a reason!! On another day, Hudgens was seen wearing a black, cut-out one-piece underneath a sparkly, mesh dress. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, save this for next year’s inspo.
Speaking of saving things for next year…. It doesn’t look like bikinis are going anywhere anytime soon.
